the only way Miss Vietnam Universe 2010 can happen is that the Vietnamese Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism's Performing Arts Department allow at least two National Pageants to be happening..otherwise, Miss Vietnam 2010 (or Miss Vietnam World 2010) will be the only National Pageant in the year of Vietnam..

And we do want Miss Vietnam will happen every year too because until now, the Miss Vietnam still have the best history of all Vietnamese Beauty Pageant (besides Miss vietnam 2008) and Miss Vietnam always have the best Vietnamese Beauty Queens, for example all Mss Vietnam 02, 04, 06 entered Semi-Final of MW...so I think Miss Vietnam should be held every year and the winner as well as the the 4 runners-up will compete in Grand Slam Pageants or we can have 5 titles to be crowned in one night, and each title will have different qualification that fit the qualification of Grand Slam Pageants. As a result, the way to choose all Misses need to be stricter and more careful. Because,only the top 2 have that "it" factor to be a Beauty Queen, the rest of Top 5 is just normal. so far behind the top 2
